Karen is in charge of our sales and support team to process your orders, deal with product and training queries and any customer service requirements that you may have ." My aim is to provide the best service to you,the customer that I can. I am fully trained in both tanning and eyelash procedures so I am able and willing to answer any questions that you may have. (If you stump me - though you will have to try hard, I will find someone that can answer that question for both of us!)".

Orders are processed immediately and passed  through for packing. If an order is placed before 1pm we will process and dispatch it the same day. However as some of our regular customers know if our courier has not been we will attempt to dispatch your order even if it is after 1pm. We do recommend ordering in plenty of time as our delivery terms are one to three days but we have carefully chosen our courier company and if at all possible they will get your order to you the next day.
