Couture Training

 Couture has a strong commitment to provide high quality training with each course providing just the correct balance of theoretical knowledge, pratical experience and hints and tips. You can be assured of quality instruction that will ensure you become a highly skilled Tanning/Lash or MaterialEYES professional.

All Couture training courses are accredited. Accreditation not only ensures that your training is of a good standard but also means that the certificate you receive will enable you to obtain professional beauty insurance.

Tanning Training

Our tanning training is undertaken on a one-to-one basis and starts from as little as £65.00 per student (with purchase of Couture products or a kit). If training is to be undertaken on your premises, the trainer may charge for travelling time and expenses. Our training session consists of Health and Safety knowledge, pre-care, aftercare and a full practical session including hints and tips.

Lash Training

Our training courses are delivered by highly skilled Lash Professionals, who have a wealth of experience.

Your training is delivered by an initial one day course which combines a good balance of essential theory, along with the intricate practical application. The course covers the following Health & Safety, the anatomy of the eye, contra-indications and contra-actions, client consultation, application procedures, aftercare and lash removal procedures.

For practical sessions students will usually work on each other as we have learnt that it is advantageous to experience lashes from both a technician and clients perspective.  (In the event of uneven student numbers or 121 training you may be asked to provide a model).

As with all new skills, practice is of the utmost importance and you will learn more and gain confidence with every treatment you do. We therefore require all newly trained lash professionals to complete 6 case studies and a knowledge review (information for which can be found in your study manual) before certification.Our training classes have an absolute maximum of six students but may also be offered in salon and on a one-to- one basis in specific areas.
